Default Food, inc

Anyone interested in self-reliance and health need to watch this movie. It will open your eyes as to where your food really comes from. This is a link where you can watch it free. Please take the time to watch it, and pass it on.

My food doesn't come from there, lol. It comes from here, right around me.

I just wanted to say I watched this movie on Netflix yesterday. Actually, I watched it twice. This is one of the best movie/documentary on the subject of commercialized food that I have seen. It really opened my eyes even though we try to grow some of our food we still need to do more.
I highly recommend it.

Has anyone watched Food Matters? I haven't either but I have heard of it and it was recommended in the same breath with Food Inc.

Great documentary. King Corn is another good one along those lines. I'm actually reading In Defense of Food now and have a few more related books on my to-read list to learn more.
