Ours is almost 15 years old and is made of oak. It has lots of nicks and scratches on it and this summer I plan on redoing the top. It came with 6 chairs, which weren't very well made, so dh has the wrungs tied up with wire. We paid a lot for the set, but really didn't get our full monies worth out of it.

We got ours at a used furniture store. The table is wood with a veneered top, we painted the legs and bottom white and the top is still wood. For chairs we found four matching ones and two other ones that matched and they sort of just go together. We painted them white. Two chairs are fancier than the others and are used at the ends of the table and they have cane woven bottoms, I made cushions for the other chairs. Overall it looks nice even though none of it was made to go together. The man we bought it from thought I was a nut because I bought two different sets of chairs but I think he would be pleasantly surprised to see how nice it looks.

Ours is just a plain old wood country type table and chair set. It's a round pedestal table with 2 leaves. There are six arrow back chairs. It's a good solid set we bought about 15 yrs ago. It's still solid but the top needs refinishing. I've got all the stuff just need to get around to it.

Ours is a round oak table with 4 matching chairs. The table is very sturdy but the chairs are bit on the light side. I would like to find 4 antique chairs to go with it someday. Ours has a leaf but we seldom need it.

We have an oak table with 6 chairs. The table has 3 leaves that go in it. DH's sister and husband make oak furniture and we got it from them about 10 years ago.

We have an antique table and 5 chairs. It seems to be made for midgets though....lol. It's hard to get your legs under it. I need to take the legs off and put a piece of wood between the legs and the table. We have no leaf for the table and I would like to find one that will fit. I love this old table. We bought it from our friend for $300.

Ours is a antique wooden drop leaf (on both sides) table with 6 ladder back chairs. We have another one identical to it that we keep folded down and use as a server or buffet. It has 6 ladder back chairs also but the finish on them is darker.

Oak, 6 chairs of oak with taupe velvet pads. For some reason that velvet is still in good shape. I got it when I was expecting dd who is now 21 years old.
the chairs have been repaired twice, due to moving damage.
I am using that table intensively, it is our main eating area, as I don't have a kitchen table.
