Which will it be?

We've always camped in a tent and have really enjoyed out times spent camping.

Three years ago though we rented a motorhome and went on a lifetime dream vacation and I was sold. Microwave, bathroom, running water, a/c and the likes made our vacation wonderful.

Which do you prefer?

I would prefer a motorhome that I could just drive up to a campsite in and everything is already set up. I keep telling DH that, but we will have to settle with our pop-up camper. We still enjoy it just as much.

We tent camp most of the time, but on occasion have borrowed the inlaws tent trailer. Someday we hope to do like cj and rent a motorhome for a big vacation.

I have never camped, but I would definitely vote for the motorhome!

I do think I would enjoy a motorhome mostly because I could camp year round, but for now we tent camp and I do enjoy it. Sometimes in the summer when dh has to work the weekends I have been known to take off with all 4 kids and go camping but dh hates my way of cramming the tent back in the bag. LOL

I always used a tent before DH and I started camping together. We found a nice little mini-motor home with a pop-up top and I made some extra thick cusions to sleep on. We just about drove the wheels off that little camper! I remeber the first time we camped up in Ear Falls with it. We went down this logging road that was supposed to take us to Red Lake. We were on that road for over 2 hours. In some parts of that road, it was only rock. I'm surprised we made it!
