For your posts on OAMC. They're incredible, and I want to print them out and fine tune it to suit our family's needs.
I am going to move the thank you threads and other comments out of that thread and put them in here to make it easier to have a printable version.
Thanks again--I've tried boiling hamburger as a result of your posts, and I'll never go back to frying it! I'm going to try the other as well. :)

I am so glad to be able to share that method of mine.
I couldn't do OAMC once I got really ill with the exhaustion and arthritis and it forced me to re think how I did it. I think I hit on a system that would work for anyone --(Mums of small children, working women, busy homeschoolers) --who has limited time, energy or finances.
It's like a bunch of tools in a tool chest
crumbles
biscuit mix
pantry plan
easy menus
price book
ideas to work with cheap sources of protein
ways to shop less often
a running produce list
using the food processor
using a crockpot
a bunch of components.
Thanks for looking after that thread. I was hoping it would be a good little tutorial for anyone wanting to try little bits and bites of the system. :cutie:

I'll be moving it once I figure out how to do it with this new version :D

It really is wonderful and very much more practical than much of the oamc I've read online. I appreciate it so much because I know I can apply it in our home. Thank you. :)
