Thanks Sara, going to look more thoroughly at that later tonight. Its interesting because just before Christmas they had the head Hutterite cook from one of the colonies on the radio talking abut Christmas. On Christmas Eve, they cook pizza (which I decided to do this year and was a huge hit) and they have a rib roast for Christmas day because they don't like cooking a whole turkey. They prefer having them in pieces. I was really surprised by that. It does make sense to me though to just cook a simple meal.
