I have four young trees and can probably get two or three quarts off them. There are three different kinds, 2 are mission, 1 marcella and 1 saveono, I think. Can I mix the different olives together? This will be my first try and I don't know anything...I would rather not have three different batches going, if I can mix them together.
Any ideas?

Just what I was lookin' for. I didn't want to try to use lye, for such a small amount. It'd be toooo hard to half, and half again a recipe.
