My brother sent me a wonderful Harry & David fruit collection. I got navel oranges, apples and pears. I can buy fruit here but it seems so much more special to eat this fruit, knowing my brother sent it with lots of love. Plus the fruit is delicious. My daughter is really loving the navel oranges and I am too. They are so sweet and tangy. I am letting the pears ripen a bit more and I guess they will get eaten next and save the apples for last.

How about you, are you enjoying Christmas fruit?

What a wonderful gift.

I love Christmas fruit. We always get manadarin oranges and fresh pineapple at this time of the year here. We've gone through oodles of box of oranges already. They'll soon be gone, so were enjoying as many as we can now. We seldom get fresh pineapple unless its this time of the year. Love it.

I am too. The mandarins are done pretty much now, but we sure love them when they are here.

RED Grapefruit is HERE!!!! and oh so pretty, and smells so good and tastes wonderful. I notice it's on a good price next week, so I'm planning to get some.

I love having a basket or bowl of fruit in sight. Family is more likely to eat the fruit which is good for them, but it also looks really pretty and adds a fresh live touch to my living room/dining room area.

I put it either in the centre of my table, or else on top of the portable dishwasher which acts as my buffet.
