http://www.angelfire.com/folk/celtwich/

and you can click to find doily's tablecloths and much more. I was talking to another friend about her crochet tablecloths that she is making and some doily's and she shared this.

For anyone who loves antique table linens, antique laces and crochet patterns you HAVE to check it out.

If you have old patterns, the site owner is interested in keeping them available.

This is a treasure!

doilies on this site are at http://www.angelfire.com/folk/celtwich/Doilies.html and tablecloths are http://www.angelfire.com/folk/celtwich/Table.html

and the Stardust pattern there is stunning (1951)
from 1943 is Governer's Lady

Look at the Davenport set circa 1936!

or Summer Snowflake circa 1942 for sheer delicacy and spider web lace.

Cathedral Window undated is gorgeous!

If you have an oval table, the oval tablecloth is wonderful, there is a closeup.

I'm in doily and lace heaven!

think of this one on top of an antique dresser http://www.angelfire.com/folk/celtwich/Queen.html

and look at this motif and the connecting motif, and the beauty of the tablemats circa 1939 http://www.angelfire.com/folk/celtwich/PinwheelDinnerSet.html

I'm still hyperventilating.

CG, I'm drooling here and it isn't from fat quarters or from being sick. This is the most awesome site, its incredible. I've got an evening of looking at those. After sleeping most of the day, I'm sure I'll be up most of the night.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!

Well as you both know, I love doilies too and in fact anything lace as well. I'm getting more and more doilies in my home, thanks to a special friend, who also is a kindred spirit!! :mwhistle:

My mom use to crochet the most beautiful doilies, but I never got any. Now she can't.

Margery, I've got to say again, this is one of the best links I've seen anywhere. :hurray:
