One of my bosses just came in and gave me a big ziplock bag full of the biggest pecan halves I have ever seen. His brother lives in Arkansas and sent him 1/2 a bushel and he is giving me some as a Christmas gift. These are beautiful pecans and I have never seen any this large. Now the dilemma - eat them plain or cook with them? Maybe some of both. What would you do? Any good recipes you want to share?
