I finished my brothers and Mel's daughters quilted wallhangings. You can tell they are beginner quilts, but hopefully as I continue I will learn more. The one with the butterscotch colored fabric is nice in that 2 pieces of the fabric are the same color but with a different design on them. Both quilts have buttons on them. The butterscotch quilt has hearts and the other quilt has a heart, star, cross and flower for the quilted design. These were done freehand - I've got to buy templates since my freehand is not too great. To me both quilts have a primitive look.

Pat I agree, both quilts have a primitive look to them which makes them awesome. I love the colors in them. There are going to be some very happy people when they open their gifts. You did a wonderful job on them.
