A seperate forum for roses, I'm so excited. Roses are my ALL TIME favorite flower and I could have roses in my house every single day of the year and never grow tired of them. I love long stem roses, tea cup roses and any type of rose bush that grows outside.

My dad and my great uncle were also rose lovers, I guess thats where I get it from.

The more roses I have, the happier I am!!! I try to purchase at least a couple of new rose bushes each year because the cost gets to be quite high if I purchase more than that. But if I had the $$, my yard would be all roses!!!

Do you like roses and do you have many planted in your yard?

PrairieRose and I love roses. We have 31 rose plants in our back yard. I think PR thinks I'm going overboard and says I'm running out of room to plant them but I bet I keep finding places to put them. Teas, minature, floribundas, grandfloras, shrubs and climbers. I'm certainly not a rose expert but I'm trying to learn as much as I can.

I love roses too, they are the "perfect" flower. The scent is heavenly! I have two climbing roses and five rose bushes. Two have been here for years and years and years. The bush is quite big but the roses are very tiny and pink.

I love roses, but I am intimidated to try to grow them. Plus I don't want to fight the beetles. UGH. I did purchase 6 miniature roses this year though. The beetles never touched them.

I love roses. I love all kinds of roses. They are the most beautiful and romantic flower I think. I have dreams of having a rose garden with a beautiful gazebo in my backyard someday.

I always wanted to have Roses gardens in the front of my home in various colors but that has not happened yet :( Although I did purchase 3 Rose bushes a few years ago & planted them in the garden I had but before they bloomed I moved out of state & so I never got to enjoy them, not even once. Maybe someday I'll have roses :D
