This is on my "to learn" list. Its something I've always wanted to try, but just haven't done yet.

I've thought about it and even read a bit about it but I haven't gotten brave enough to try it yet. I do want to learn sometime soon.

I haven't tried it, but have done quite a bit of reading about it. I would like a tried and true recipe though. I have heard many people mention they added too much of the rennet tablet and I don't want to go through it all and find that I did the same. :(
