I use to entertain often, probably twice a week. But when my doctor told me to slow down, it became almost nil. In fact, yesterday was the first time I had someone for a meal in a very long time.

How about you? Do you enjoy entertaining?

I used to entertain quite often when we lived in town. Now that we've moved a 1/2 hour drive at least from family & friends our get togethers are few & far between. I have everyone over for b'days and occasional dinners through the year. Now that some family members aren't able to drive at night(night vision poor) we have been getting together for lunch or just fun in the afternoon.:)

I miss people dropping by and relaxing at our house. Becoming more of a hermit,lol.

Honestly, maybe twice a year. :( I'm not proud of that.

When our dk's lived at home it was all the time.....we had a houseful.
Now that it's just dh and I we have guests about once every other month and then the holiday gatherings here. Oh and for family birthdays sometimes too.

Up to a year ago we had friends drop by often. Those were usually just short coffee visits. Those friends have now moved.

On an average I think we entertain about once every two weeks. Nothing fancy just lunch or dinner with friends.
