Next time I'm in the city, I want to pick up a few herb plants at the nursery and see if I have success growing a few on my windowsills during this coming winter.

Do you have any growing during the winter months?

I would love to do this, but I don't know where to begin.

Sorry I missed this Chelle. Sometimes the new posts don't show up and I miss a few threads.

No I wasn't able to get into the city to do this, but still plan on it. The gardening store that I go to in Brandon was closed over the Christmas season and I don't think they've opened yet. I know I can get some in Winnipeg where we were suppose to go this past weekend, but the weather didn't allow it.

I might just see if I can find some seed pkgs. and start them myself rather than getting the plants.

What type of herbs do you want to try?
