Old fashioned mamma 10-11-2003, 04:48 AM I love chives, they are simple to grow, add lots of taste to your food dishes and you can freeze it with no problem. I don't have any planted here, but come spring I plan on planting some. How about you? calico 10-11-2003, 08:25 PM Yes I love chives too, I have one outside my front door, very handy! They are judst wonderful where a mild onion flavor is desired. You snip, they keep growing. Think I've had these for 10 years,lol. smnoel 10-21-2003, 03:09 PM I have a few in the back.
