Does anyone know about the upkeep of pot bellied pigs? The reason I'm asking is that someone has one for free in the newspaper and I was just wondering if it was something I could talk Mel into. The one advertised is full grown. I know nothing about them other than they are supposed to be good pets. If I snuck it home, do you think he'd shoot me??????

They really get bigger than I was thinking and it appears that they don't get along well with dogs. Mel would not let me even call on the pig and it's probably for the best. It appears that taking care of them would not be as easy as I was hoping. I thought they only got to be the size of a big dog.
